1) Order Processing and Shipping (U.S. Only)
Where do you ship?
Sucesto currently ships within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday; excluding U.S. holidays).
Transit time
After dispatch, delivery takes approximately 2–7 business days depending on destination and carrier.
Carriers
Orders are shipped primarily via UPS or FedEx. Carrier selection is based on service availability and destination.
Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your purchase.
If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email sucesto@gmail.com with your order number.
Address changes
We can assist with address corrections prior to shipment. Email sucesto@gmail.com as soon as possible with the correct address and your order number.
2) Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Items
Return window (U.S. orders)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in unused, sellable condition with original packaging.
Return shipping labels are currently customer-provided.
To begin, email sucesto@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your financial institution.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new purchase. Start by emailing sucesto@gmail.com.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email sucesto@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will replace the item at no charge after verification.
International orders
Sucesto does not currently sell or ship outside the United States.
3) Product Materials and Care
Materials & print quality
Premium canvas and archival-grade printing intended for long-lasting color and detail.
Sturdy, reinforced frames designed for durability.
Most pieces include a pre-installed hanger for easy wall mounting.
Care
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasives.
4) Sizing
All measurements on our website are listed in inches.
Common size conversions:
12 × 18 in = 30.48 × 45.72 cm
18 × 24 in = 45.72 × 60.96 cm
30 × 40 in = 76.2 × 101.6 cm
40 × 60 in = 101.6 × 152.4 cm
(Conversions are for reference only; Sucesto sells and labels sizes in inches.)
5) Payments
Current accepted method
Sucesto temporarily accepts PayPal only.
Security
PayPal uses industry-standard encryption and security; your transactions through PayPal are protected and secure.
We are working to add additional payment options (e.g., major credit/debit cards) in the future.

6) Bulk Orders and Corporate Inquiries
We can accommodate select bulk orders (7+ pieces) within the United States.
Please email sucesto@gmail.com with the quantity, sizes, destination ZIP code, and any deadlines. Our team will follow up with a custom quote and lead time.

For press, collaborations, or partnership proposals, please email sucesto@gmail.com with the subject line “Press/Partnership Inquiry” and include relevant details and timelines.
